Breath-Work Session - approximately One Hour 

An off-mountain meditation experience combined with a breath-work session in the comfort of your own home, workplace or vacation property. Nicholas, a big mountain competitive free-ride athlete and alpine mountaineer will  lead you in breathing techniques, teaching you basic practices that can be used in any situation-whatever it may be-going into a business meeting, climbing a peak or dropping into a steep line.  Combining years of practice using elements of Qigong, cold exposure and high altitude training he will share a “warriors way” to harness the energy of the mountain.   Price for one hour group up to 3  people. Each additional person add $50
